Please follow the steps to remove javascript.
Click the "Edit this Application" link and Select forms tab

a). In "Add Issue" form, edit "Assign_Owner" field.
Here you can see the formula as (("<a class='zc-formbutton' style='padding: 2px 8px;font-size:10px;' href = 'javascript:void(0)' onclick='window.location.hash=\"#Form:Edit_Form?Rec_ID=") + ID) + "&backpage=\"+(window.location.hash).substring(1)+\"&Task=AssignOwner\"'>Assign Owner</a>"

Convert it in to (("<a class='zc-formbutton' style='padding: 2px 8px;font-size:10px;' href='#Form:Edit_Form?zc_LoadIn=dialog&Task=AssignOwner&Rec_ID=") + ID) + "'>Assign Owner</a>"

b). In "Add Issue" form edit "Change_Status" field.
You can find the formula as (("<a class='zc-formbutton' style='padding: 2px 8px;font-size:10px;' href = 'javascript:void(0)' onclick='window.location.hash=\"#Form:Edit_Form?Rec_ID=") + ID) + "&backpage=\"+(window.location.hash).substring(1)+\"&Task=ChangeStatus\"'>Change Status</a>"

Convert this in to (("<a class='zc-formbutton' style='padding: 2px 8px;font-size:10px;' href='#Form:Edit_Form?zc_LoadIn=dialog&Task=ChangeStatus&Rec_ID=") + ID) + "'>Change Status</a>"

Go to Script tab:
c).
In "Add_Projects" - On Add--->OnLoad
You can see the Set variable for plain text field as plain= (((("<div style='width: 65%;' align='left'><a style='color:#0000FF;text-decoration:underline;font-weight:bold;' href='javascript:void(0);' onclick=\"window.open('/" + zoho.adminuser) + "/") + zoho.appname) + "/") + "form-embed/Add_Users/nexturl=javascript:window.close;','_blank','resizable=0,width=375,height= 340,left=' + ((window.screen.width - 375) / 2) + ',top='+ ((window.screen.height - 140) / 2)+'')\">Add New Users</a></div>"

Convert this in to as plain= "<a href=#Form:Add_Users?zc_LoadIn=dialog&zc_NextUrl=#Form:Add_Projects>Add New User</a>"
Save the script

d). In "Edit_Form" - On Load.
You can see the set variable script for a plain text field as plain= "<div style='float: right; margin-left: 600px;'><a href='#" + input.backpage + "' class='zc-formbutton'><strong><< Back</strong></a></div>"

Convert this script in to plain="<div style='float: right; margin-left: 200px;'><a href='#Script:page.back' class='zc-formbutton'><strong><< Back</strong></a></div>"
